Arrests in Assault Case: "Baltimore County, Md. (July 5, 2011) - Baltimore County Police have charged Shawn Allen Novak, 28, of the 600-block of Arsan Avenue, 21225 and Ann Marie Preston, 27, of the 4100-block of North Point Road, 21222 with first and second degree assault after an incident in Precinct 12/North Point on July 3. The incident was originally reported as an attempted robbery but was determined to be a first degree assault after investigation.
On July 3 at approximately 10 p.m., officers responded to the 6800-block of Broening Road, 21222 for a report of an assault. A 32-year-old male victim was found with cuts to his upper body as a result of the incident. He was transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for treatment."
